All WLDEP MK2s (except TIB977P) and AMDEP MK2s have OC seat covers. However all AMDEP MK2s were refurbished, so they were counted out.

I think I get what you mean. TIB977P have PVC purple/pink seat covers, even after refurbishment (it has gotten the seat covers in 2009).
I suspect all AMDEP and KJDEP Habits have OC seat covers.
