  That's was my assumption before I board TIB1168B on 08/08/2011 and the seats are made of fabric. Only on today 25/12/2011 that I saw TIB1168B having the OC seat covers.

  TIB1055T has the new OC seat covers, however it was fitted in a way like the box bendies (excluding TIB850X & TIB890E which were refurbished), smiley bendies, 1996-1997 box rigids, Scania L113CRLs & DAF SB220LTs.

  The only Volgren bendies that have their seat covers changed I know were:

  TIB1178Y, TIB1180P, TIB1182J, TIB1184D, TIB1186Z-TIB1191H, TIB1194A-TIB1197S.
