853 and 854 cannot come under WLDEP due to last bus timings and location wise. Many SLs will complain.
Are there now any road conditions anywhere in Singapore that prohibit the use of WAB buses such as K230s and OCs? Which may result in certain services not getting WAB buses till LTA does something about it?
For example up till recently 145 and 139 had the exit at BNV and somewhere along Hoy Fatt Rd as restrictions. But they seem to have been solved.
How about other services such as 153 etc?

153 can handle K230s. Its just that HG doesnt want to deploy.

Even if it is split-split?
Was wondering if it would be eligible for OP though, for services like 852,856 and 857, makes things better, Should it go split-split

852 and 857 case was because they used to terminate at Sembawang. Do not use those examples to compare.

852 is because of Yishun, i was wondering if they these services were eligible for OP under WL if 853 and 4 were to go WL, not compare

They aren't because they have buses that park overnight at YIBP. Anyway, if 853 and 854 give slots to WLDEP. It will be very disastrous.

actually better for them this way, the areas they went past are close to AMK, so yeah best for them this way.
What about 980, seriously only 2 under WL, should have handed more over.

That, I agree. I suggest 3 slots should hand over to WL.

and 882 though
But the problem is, are they going to transfer the lances over for 980? or rather make 167 a full WL, like 851 under full AM?

Even though there are no restrictions on ELBOs, But if you frequent woodlands long enough, you will see ELBOs cameoing on 178,187,966, striders on 965,966 are a common thing, just like how a Lances come on 965 and 969.

900 takes in more than 2 Scania Striders every year ... ... Lances on YIS Feeders happen more than 5 times ... ...

anyway i think BNDEP is quite flexible with its B9... even services like 197 69 28 31 received B9 quite a few times. Definitely more flexible than AM/BR/SL
I was thinking along the lines of why merc and B10Ms keep appearing on JIS but not K230s..
Actually slbp also have B9 restrictions.. I have waited a billion years of a B9 on 154 or 157 and I'm still waiting...
bndep is known for its agility to deploy any model on any service. Just that due to their small population it looks like they have restrictions.. 34 buses spread over 5 services of which 2/34 are spare.
bbdep though their priority is the JB Mk3s, they also have K230 restrictions.. though I cant figure out how 175 managed to get K230s deployed for at least 3 times without any perm.. 151 follow hgdep then they put haha. 33 also another weird case. bndep put they never put. Trust hgdep more cos under West? oops
Another restriction for bbdep is the VO2x.. then again with only 10 of them they take up 1.96% of the total fleet holding in bb+ar.
I think the last time I saw an LO on 74 was eons ago.
I wonder why the VSO except SBS9889, was never given to slbp and bbdep.
Does anyone know why most of the first batch K230 SBS80xx are sent to bbdep and slbp?

what im wondering is why 9889 went to bb instead of am. harhar. but it never cameos in bb at all.. only 99 once.. never heard of it doing 147 of late also..

It did 147 once while perm on 166.
