Was at BBT tis morning.
Noticed 2 PIWs boarded Sv 189 at e PIW bay. The OC immediately went off service w/o picking up passengers at the usual berth.
No replacement bus was made available and the queue stretched all the way to the interchnage office
Can't e bus just pick some passengers up w/ no of passengers onboard limited?
The queue for 72 at YCK stretched all the way to the MRT station, snaked one round, and back. God Bless the new K310UD if it were to be thrown there on its first day.

But really what is double deck purchased for?
In any case, tat 189 subsequent bus was another OC.

tbh, we've no space at bus interchanges for them if talking abt massive purchase.

I think 27 still has space for them during off peak.

yea, but when its peak, or sometimes even non-peak can be very packed. One BC told me that 27 could not be WAB last time because there are too many people boarding the bus...
think its BC lack of concentration, pick up the PIW liao happy happy forget the other pax drive off

he prog e EDS to "OFF SERVICE" before moving off.

Aiya, actually my feeling towards WAB svs is that it's more applicable for off peak.
As for off peak demand I know esp if it's airport staff change shift timing.

my opinion is that he may be late and will want to choing to make up of late time, maybe OCC instructed

I dunno. In any case SMRT's schedule is really tight. At BBT, SMRTB staff had to put up 30 mins notice for Sv 61 & 852.
for such cases, the queue at Int alrdy so long.

SBST should consider introducing SWT from YCK to Hougang Central, since there's no other svc duplicating this stretch.
The load from Hougang to Tampines is not insignificant...
