Hi,
Does SBST bus service no. 35 ply the eastern most route in Singapore? How long will a total jorney take from Boon Lay to Tanah Merah with SBST bus service no. 30 and SBST bus service no. 35 respectively?

Service 35 plies to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (TMFT) via New Upper Changi Road/Upper Changi Road, loops there and goes back to Bedok.
About 2h 30min in total not taking the waiting time into consideration.
On Service 30 the full trip from Boon Lay to Bedok should take about 2h.
On Service 35 to Tanah Merah (assuming that you're going to TMFT) will be about 30 mins.
Better yet, if you want a faster alternative, take the MRT to Tanah Merah and change to Service 35 (if you're going to TMFT).

I don't supposed there is any public bus service to Changi Water Reclamation Plant subterrainean facility which should be somewhere next to Changi Naval Base. Is it reachable with 35?

No. The service does not go to the Changi Water Reclaimation Plant.
The walking distance from the bus stop where Service 35 loops (at TMFT) to the Changi WRP is quite long. Take a taxi then.

Nope. The closest is 35 at Tanah Merah Ferry terminal. There is a shuttle bus to the plant at Tanah Merah but I am unsure of the timings. -
You could hitch-hike from tanah merah ferry ter to the plant.
I'm serious.

Thanks for all the replies, I did that yesterday. The colour of the driver's face turns black instantly when he knows of the destination so looking for an alternative just for the next two days.

yeah that's normal. but he should know better where potential taxi passengers from Tanah Merah MRT station want to head to.

He should know that a lot of people taking taxi at tanah merah are usually people who need a lift to destinations along and at the end of tanah merah coastal road. -

sv 30 from Boon Lay to Bedok takes at least 110 minutes at most times.

sv35 takes 25mins per way from Bedok to TMFT.
10mins for Bedok MRT to Tanah Merah MRT with sv 2, 9, 24, 28, 31 or 35, 20mins with sv 38.
