Eh, I think I didn't explain myself clearly. I heard that there was complain for this service and I had also seen the bus inspector running checks at the bus stop. Me myself had also got some feedback from my friends staying around this area.
Of course SLBP is doing something right. They should be rewarded for doing this fast. :)

sv147 frequency is 7-15mins...
pple standing on upper deck of sv147[even though its a few stops]
interview passengers taking sv10,14,16,70,196 evening peak at Suntec City bus stop[twds bedok direction] and it will be a different story...

I had provided the timings that they should look into. With their records in hand, they should be able to make necessary adjustment to it. It is not my job to acknowledge or divert any customers feedback to them. I believe these customer will use the proper platform to submit their feedback to them. Friend is friend, when it comes to work issue I know where I am standing and respect should be given to their nature of job.

Heard from some Boon Lay Int BCs that SBST keep receiving complaints about service 241 almost daily. Those BCs mentioned a guy called David Lim living at Jurong West St 91 near City Harvest Church keep sending in complaint letters until 241 was brought to some attention.
Strange to know that this fella keeps complaining. Maybe should find out from him the problem if happen to see him.
The traffic light timings at Jurong West St 62 seriously need to be adjusted.

That David Lim's expectation too high. How to expect 241 not to bunch with such a reasonable frequency, and with delays from the Jurong West St 62 traffic lights?
