Deployments are based on demand at certain areas at certain timings. Wouldn't it be a waste if you deploy a bendy to run a trip during peak hours and the number of passengers doesn't reach the capacity? it is not as easy as you say.
And if you say 969 bendies always hop on other services, SMRT would always try to make sure the bendy slot has to be deployed with a bendy bus whenever possible.
What you have said is very irresponsible because you have never handled such situations before!

I live in the east and I am more familiar about the situation than you. 969 isn't my favourite service, but at least I've seen some things more than you do. Boastful? no I am not. I am in no position to comment on 859 962 etc because i don't frequent that area. Unlike you, you are just giving opinions which you aren't really sure!

If you said like that.. pls kindly explain why 969 had such a long queue in Tampines during peak hours. Only half of the passengers who are queuing up for 969 would be able to fit in a rigid, and the latter had to wait for the next one.
