6 vehicles will not make a significant dent such that lifespan of the LO3X has to be extended..

Anyway the buses are not repairable in any form. Worst hit being 9888Y and the LO. Repairing them would cost a bomb. Its akin to getting a new bus.

As what Scania N113CRB luver had posted just now, 'Repairing them would cost a bomb.' So no chance of it getting fixed.

it is beyond repair. as you see the photo in page 1. the whole upper deck is like almost gone.

the engine or other mechanical parts may have been affected by the huge fire..so its not a matter of cheapo, it more worthwhile getting a brand new DD rather than getting fixed..

take this analogy for example, you like william hung and your computer monitor lets say it is the limited edition with william hung's face as the skin of the monitor and his autograph is on it as well. it is burnt halfway. with parts of the monitor are burnt out. are you gonna request they specially build a new one for you. and then when you receive it break it nicely into pieces that would fit your burnt monitor and super glue the pieces in? do you think its possible?

the only thing im sure the 25 bc's would be happy is that they dont have to drive 9619 which they hate a lot. or maybe not.. lol.

What so unlucky, I thought I wanted to get 9888Y's recording now TVM is gone. Wasted.
I think at the most they can only salvage the parts for spares, if there is any in the first place. Can only hope they take out 9888Y's ZF gearbox and put it on another bus.
All the casualties coming from 25. Think 25 will get KUB-ized next.
