No. They are mutually exclusive.
wau.no! then MRT concession also means no bus rebate? lke tt is not any cheaper than normal fare

USAGE
When alighting from buses, NSF who have bought a BCP/HCP should still tap the concession card against the entry and exit card readers when boarding and alighting from buses. Although no deductions will be made, it will ensure that a transfer rebate is given for valid transfers when the electronic concession pass is not in use.
it sounds to me transfer rebate is still given leh? especially the last sentence.

Call 1800-2255-663 (TransitLink) and ask (1) this question again, and (2) why their instructions are writen in such a confusing manner.

you're still paying less unless your free MRT ride is valued at less than 50cents, which can happen if you took a bus prior to your train ride

in fact, any ride that is free yet require tapping (passes in general) will instantly void your rebate eligibility as they are always recognised as a "NEW RIDE".
oh i see. thanks for clarifing people

The rationale given is that, they encourage to tap out at all times instead of only when you're transferring from a paid ride to a paid ride (read "when the electronic concession pass is not in use"), just in case you miss out on your transfer rebate if that transfer happens to be valid.
No.
Application of Tertiary Ez-link Card
From TransitLink website:
"Only full-time matriculated undergraduates/diploma students from approved tertiary institutions and who are neither sponsored by nor receiving an allowance from an organisation are eligible for the Tertiary Student Concession card."
Hi, I just asking whether the term 'sponsorship' is similar or the same as 'scholarship', since the TransitLink stated that those students who are sponsored by company cannot apply for the Tertiary Ez-link card?
