  Why must SMRTB redeployments rely on personal "judgements"?

  For my personal experience, i dont see any perm sticker on SMRT buses; but for SBST's case, the perm sticker is clearly shown (and in fact to passengers) of which and what bus isit supposed to deploy to. So, i think this is the case of 'relying on personal judgements' for SMRT.

  TIB 527E on AMDEP/YIBP 854 has been confirmed- I have observed this bus over a long term and noticed it has been plying 854 very often. As for TIB527E on 969, it is a cameo. TIB527E is also on revenue service so much of the time it should not be a spare bus after all. Thus, TIB527E (AMDEP SPAMDEP/YIBP 854)
