if make both townlinks in tampines like 222 and ply tampines avenue 4. good for me also.
but really. i have had a few frustrating encounters.
1. cant board at opposite block 237 bus stop to head to west loop quickly since many are Terminating at interchange. record i ever waited : 45mins, 4 buses with T.
2. no hope of getting on board a bus to N2 shopping area from block 237 bus stop coz' buses always full. have to take 3.
chronic problem lah. serious. we are sure they don't have schedules where the buses have a >12-min frequency for the east loop but it still happens.

It can be very frustrating when you are trying to wait for a bus without a "T" plate when you are waiting for the bus at the terminating loop. But 293 rocks(to me) after all. in 4 buses at least 1 is a bus without the "T'' plate.

are the services supposed to start from the specific loop before going to the next loop? or are they allowed to start from the terminating loop?
Maybe can convert back from SD to DD for 291 (back to the past), especially during the peak time.

Since 291 WAB, either kick out 663M/778R for DD or put B9TL

seems like all start west loop with fare stage 1.0
now less occurences where the BC will just come into interchange from st81 loop and immediately go to the st33 berth, conduct alighting & boarding there.

Always on the west loop then east loop. That's why you see buses come out from parking bays always go to west loop one.
