Problems with Service 15

  BUS number 15 is ALWAYS packed. especially morning 8 - 10am plus. and afternoon 4pm to 7pm. I know that because alot of TP students board THIS bus to go to school. no prob with that.

  But cant they change it to a double-decker bus? Or less waiting time? 

  Every time i missed at least 2-3 buses and was late to school. (not TP) I have to wait 10-15mins plus for the next bus. 

  So whats the problem? I know alot people also dont like the bus getting packed and you missed that PACKED bus. 

  so SBSTRANSIT do something about it??

  15 cannot use double deck buses due to road constraints at Joo Chiat Pl and Telok Kurau Rd.

  i have feedbacked to them before but situation is still the same...

  halfway-on from eunos station to pasir ris int don't need 15B plates...

  I board bus 15 on pasir ris drive 1. so only have bus 15.

  so DD's are impossible but cant they just decrease the waiting time? lotsa people are upset because they cant board the bus. (it feels very annoyed...)

  As in extra buses coming from HGDEP to 15. Taken off from 27.
  15 is under BNDEP mah. But cant have buses coming from HGDEP meh.

  Is it due to private residences over there? The road structure seems small though

  2 options for this:

  Option A:

  Pasir Ris - Marine Parade Road (Loop) via Still Road ala 966.

  Option B:

  Pasir Ris - Jalan Turi (Loop) ala the old 15 minus the stop at Eunos Interchange.

  Pick the best option and name it 15M. 15M is able to use DDs as the roads have no restrictions and difficult manouvres.

  However, the problem lies with many office workers alighting at Kaki Bukit from Eunos MRT. I suggest 15B be reinitiated. Should office workers ignore this service, students with BCP can alight at Kaki Bukit and take the next emptier 15, or take any bus and alight at the reformative training centre to take either 8 or 15 to Temasek Polytechnic.
