  From OneMotoring, the model is: KUB4X2 9.3L A/T ABS TURBO. can easily tell that it is a Euro V model, high chance 230hp. got PA9195S also.

  its an euro V model but K280UBs and K320UBs are also registered in the same manner.

  SBST kubs rims looks good too wat.I dun see much difference in both the buses rims.Jus tat tis one is shinier cuz brand new wat..Anyway wen our sbst kubs came in super brand new also,the rims were sparkling shiny lik tis..

  The buses are nt bought by Resort Worlds Sentosa. Dont assume they are being bought by RWS just because they are carrying the RWS livery.
  
  If based on ur theory, can i say that RWS has bought over a fleet of OCs from SMRT ? Since the OCs are also carrying the RWS livery ???
