  That is TIB727U if u saw a black colour covered PIS. Its been there for years.

  Most, if not all KJDEP buses have the current PIS. From the trend, SMRT is fitting up Habits without the PIS first.

  There is no difference between the OC version and the Habit version, so whatever the new coloured PIS can do on a Habit can be done on an OC. I believe the reason as to why it cannot do the MRT style annoucements (info being shown while the speaker annoucement is played) is because of the Habits which cannot do annoucements ... ...
