  LTA's Other Integrated PT Hubs

  6. Boon Lay Integrated PT Hub will be the fourth concept hub to commence operation. The LTA has already constructed bus interchanges at Toa Payoh, Sengkang and Ang Mo Kio which are fully integrated with the Rapid Transit System stations and adjoining commercial developments.

  7. In the next 10 years, the LTA will be building more integrated interchanges at Serangoon, Clementi, Jurong East, Bedok, Joo Koon and Marina South. Serangoon and Clementi Integrated PT Hubs will be next in line to open in 2011.

  hmm. might not be the case though, they could simply install screen doors for the whole interchange and airconditioning without even modifying much of the other stuff.

  screen up the entire interchange. AC fan coil units placed at that area where buses leave the int.

  Yet more homes and commercial units could come on the market soon, with the Housing and Development Board (HDB) today launching for tender a site at New Upper Changi Road and Bedok North Drive.
  
  The area has been made available under the Reserve List System of the Government Land Sales Programme, which means a site is triggered for tender once a developer puts in an acceptable minimum bid.
  
  The site is zoned for mixed commercial and residential development, and will be integrated with a bus interchange.

  新樟宜路上段�勿洛北通�（Bedok North Drive）一幅商��两用地段，登陆备售��，供�展商出价。拟议中的�展项目，也必须连�巴士转�站一起�展。

  由于地段庞大，�访的房地产顾问认为，这幅地段应该会�到一些较大的�展商��。

  属于99年地契

  新推出的地段，其覆盖范围包括现有的勿洛巴士转�站，地皮�积是26万8047平方英尺，容积率是3.5，�建筑楼�为93万8165平方英尺。地契租约是99年。负责售�这幅官地的代�是建屋�展局。

  建屋局�言人�询时指出，这幅地皮上建造的�宅项目，��总�积的60％，其余的40％为商用项目。

  而商用项目的总建筑楼�，因此为37万5266平方英尺，根�陆路交通管�局（LTA）计算，其中10％，必须用�建造巴士转�站（3万6598平方英尺）。

  建造在地段上的�人共管公寓项目，估计总楼��达56万2899平方英尺。
