I never put "over" as cause people can understand the "X" means...

Crossover is not even considered a shift. It is just part of the shift. A crossover is a crossover, but it would never be called a crossover shift. There are proper terms to call this, and we normal put it in as Xover from ___ (whatever service), call it an OS Shift or just simply (parent svc) / (svc that receives the crossover) or vice versa. There is no such thing as a X-shift. The following are shifts that exist in SMRTB (as I remember for now):
1) A/P or simply AM/PM shift => Full day shift
2) S1 shift => Peak Hour shift
3) S2 shift => School Peak Hours shift
4) OS Shift => Normally used on crossover shifts (though I am not really sure what the acronyms actually represent; correct me on this one if I am wrong or missed something)
Proper presentation is needed or it may cause a lot of misunderstandings or wrong info because everyone has their own style and way of handling things
Btw TIB1178Y is a 169 WLDEP, not a 169/SP WLDEP
