Any refund for bus fare if caught in flood?

I think its under NATURAL DISASTER. Insurance also no claim one leh! Even their car exhaust spoils due to flood. Insurance also never give a single cent one leh! -

if flood can claim for the bus fare, then imagine if caught in heavy traffic jam on roads/expressway due to some other accidents, then we also can claim back the bus fare? -

or lagi best... if travel that time the flash flood come in and engine/radiator stall n cannot move [even u go out of bus also get yourself wet le], then considered as breakdown?
