Well, what I saw was a glossy new SMRT bus. It can't be the OCs since the front and rear is totally unlike that of the OCs, the front of the bus looks different to that of the Yutong and also from the rear and side it resembles the Yutong (except that the windows are a shade of grey instead of green for the Yutong) ...

Confirm Citaro liao. Its at AMDEP, hidden in a corner.
Actually I was hoping 858 could be the first service using Citaro since it goes to Changi Airport, like most other countries did, but WLDEP never sent Mercs O405 to AMDEP to take in Citaro. Wasted.

Not wasted. Citaro is coming more and more soon and it isn't like YUTONG. But I admire WLDEP action as they only take in some new bus and place it on a service that you cannot think of like OCs on 964/922/912/911/961 etc.

just wait for around 11 days mah...
hopefully they dun throw to RWS first, if not sian. lol.
but looks like 190 and 851 are hot favourites. it basically cant handle that kind of load. i rather they give lower demand City area services like 61, 75, 77, 106, 167, 171, 700, 970, 980 rather than give to heartlands. giving it to Premium would be nice as well.

I would think 61 has had relatively high demand since SBS era.
With regards to RWS, putting ultra-modern buses on them is like showcasing them for tourists. Doing so makes good business sense for the bus operators.

They won't throw to RWS as RWS got OCs.
Hard to say as Citaro is a WAB as well.
Spotted a Citaro with the SMRT livery at Teban C&C.
