i've taken eev's that vibrate too. zz.some kub's vibrate when idle and when accelerating. some vibrate while idle only/accelerating only. but both sound horrible and the vibration is jialat.

Nowadays I keep on hearing the word that transport operators promise to do this, promise to do that.
Lets just say, a business, not less a corporation, can never promise any individual anything.
As long as the old buses are not a time bomb, then there is no need to worry so much about their replacement.
Why some locals and fellow countrymen have so much to worry and demand of the transport scene? We are paying less for transport than other 'first-world' countries...

the kub's really sound horrible.the engine sounds very 'gutless'. when the revs get higher, they vibrate more - e.g. when BC downshifts and overtakes at like 1800rpm engine speed, the engine vibrates.

first time i took the eev's i thought they had fixed the loud radiator problem.somehow, yes, they have made it come on less often. and when it does come on, it's of a different pitch. but when it's on, it's still as annoying. -.-

both 8826/8829 are out on yesterday PM split shift... anyone know which service these two buses done? 8826 should be doing a BSH service...

I used to think the VSO was the loudest and most irritating.
Living next to a major road, and a bus-stop, I really hated it when the VSO pulls away from the bus-stop. Especially when I have music on.
That was before the B9TL came, some with the fantastic radiator roar that resembled the MKIV in pattern, but which made the VSO's roar sound like a squeak.
The KUB is easily one of the quietest buses so no complaints from me.

SBST reply today and mention that due to the road condition at exit of Buona vista terminal, they are unable to deploy KUB on Sv145. Once the issue is solve (?, tot they know of this issue long time back, but didnt make an effort to solve it?), then they will deploy new buses on Sv 145.
guess those new KUB in BRBP will be for Sv139/155/231?
