The more and better, bigger buses the bus operators put onto the roads the higher fares will be expected soon.
This is already a trend here.Bet my last dollar the fare increase coming very soon this is in tandem with the possible recovery in the economy.

how much can they increase? when they reduce fare this year, ppl also complain...and the fare reduction is up to next june....when they increase the transfer rebate to S$0.50, why no one think about it? nowadays a feeder trip cost around S$0.19 after considering the transfer rebate...
And cost of new bus is around S$360 000 per bus.. cost of new bus in early 90s is around 180 000?
If I'm not wrong, all BNDEP Euro fours have their EDS font bolded EXCEPT SBS8540G. All destos on this bus are using the original mini font.

Yup, so far I've only seen SBS8540G showing the unbolded EDS. By the way, SBS8879E EDS looks abit wierd. The top part looks like it is a little bit cut off.

Some of the Volvo MK2s and most of the CAC Scania N113s also used Cool-Air aircon what. And the rest of the CNGs use Cool-Air aircon as well.

population is growing faster than back in the 1990s when SBS went on a single deck spree bet 1987 - 1998. Furthermore, double decks is a good method to reduce the crowded buses issue

the aircon exterior looks as if a plastic, easily broken into pieces
