Last time got the campaign also no use still got this type of incidents happening frequently.Something needs to be done more seriously which can really prevent ppl from acting big and punching BC's faces. -

In fact the bus driver is is the right.. he has the authority to confiscate ez-link card on whom he believed that the card is either being misused or using another card that does not belong to the passenger.
The woman who had punched the driver should have been sent to jail if pleaded guilty and convicted in court as this is consider an assualt case in public buses. -

Imposing fines wouldn't help, because after only a fine imposed to the woman, she might either do it again in the future. Jail would be a better punishment if convicted. -

He contacted the OCC for help. The purpose of the OCC is to render assistance from the SBS T HQ should there be any emergencies. -

The OCC does not connect to any of the bus inspector.. it is connected to the SBS T HQ personnel which handles any emergency situation. SMRT doesn't adopt to the system. -

The bus operators should help the BCs file separate civil suits against these culprits and claim compensation for their suffering! And for the bus company, Claim against the culprit for not only revenue loss for the cheating offence, and also disruption to their bus service due to this assault! And passengers also free free to claim against the culprit! -

Yeah.There definitely must be a stop to this.If not ppl will get the impression that the relevant authorities are not bothering abt BCs and they will only get more 'spurred' on to attack the BCs.
