  Not an expert, but it can be somewhat figured out by checking the difference between the bus stops for Loyang Ave and Tampines Ave 7, where the TPE cuts across.

  But 89e exits from there as off svc what.Then only when it reaches 89's route,then it will start as 89e.Most of the 89 buses use that route to go to/from HGDEP when they are off svc or when they are going to start 89e.

  Anyway I've found an error on a service that plies by Orchard Rd. Hope it'll be rectified soon....
