858 does stop outside Seletar Camp -
lol 86 103 168 858 stop there. the rest i mentioned above go on TPE and express

i stay at woodlands, i going changi air base at loyang ave , i did some studying and i find 858 takes me out fastest by SLE TPE then PIE just like taxi route, but 858 ends up somewhere off from changi air base so im thinking if theres any bus along tpe i can switch on after 858 that can bring me to the airbase asap

take 161 to punggol road, cross and take either 89 or 109. lagi express

Expressway Svs only has 39, 168, 858 calling the Seletar Camp (TPE) bus stop

eh. i would suggest you take 168 to seletar camp from woodlands, cos its way faster than 858. after tt transfer to 39 to psr to transfer to 89 or 109.
if not follow the above mentioned suggestion, 161 to punggol rd. cross the rd and take 89 only, cos 109 dun ply punggol rd.

Another way is to take service 168 from Woodlands, alight at Tampines Ave 7 opposite the regional library, transfer to service 19.

I think the TS has 858 at the house bus stop.
if dont want to go via woodlands int, then take 858 to seletar camp, xfer 39 to Pasir Ris Dr 1, change 89/109.
If go woodlands int then its what the rest said earlier..
either 161 to punggol rd first stop cross bridge take 89
or 168 to seletar camp change 19 at Tampines Ave 7 (library there) -

ok i think lets put it this way, i want it to stop at seletar camp because i believe on expressway thats the only bus stop ? Because i can get access to 858 here, but problem is its not one shot to changi air base and its an express bus, if i board it and do not get off at seletar camp im fked, i believe by the next time i alight i will be way off from changi air base, therefore my objective is to find a bus that actually can carry on from 858's alight and hopefully if possible a one shot to outside changi air base -

Service 858 and 39 duplicate each other from the stop after Yishun Interchange till Seletar Camp Gate stop.
You can also choose to board 39 at Yishun Interchange and then transfer to 89 at Pasir Ris Drive 12 or 9 / 19 / 59 along Loyang Ave, but you have to cross the road.
