Forty-five minutes waiting for an SBS bus which once boarded was filled over capacity, 50 minutes stuck in traffic and another 45 minutes to proceed through security. Leaving was even worse - it took three hours to get back to my hotel." by Neal Jones
Its SMRT; not SBS! This letter is spoiling the reputation of SBS Transit!
even the official website mention that SBST is operating the Expo shuttle.

From 3rd March, Tong Tar Tpt will be launching a new premium svc 582, operating between Jurong East Int and NTU during peak hours. Fare would be at $2.30 per trip, but will be at $1.80 during the trial period (lasting 2 to 3 months) to gauge student's demand.
Wonder who will take, price so ex

and the kind of buses Tong Tar has...it would be good if they use their SC Elites/Evolutions, but they seem to have a lot of Merc OFs and OHs.
Think got 1 more Premium to NTU from Boon Lay... wonder wat's the fare
Unless they have a better frequency, few will take.
The NTU Internal shuttle is also operated by Tong Tar. The buses is extremely infrequent. Most of the time, wait 20min in peak hours, then a bus will come packed to the door. So many people resort to 179 if they're heading the same direction instead of waiting for the shuttle!

Yep, SMRT should not clean their buses. See how long can they tahan their own actions. Without reflection on their part they will never change.

Actually to tell the truth, STOMPers are 3-year old kids. All of them.
You can get what I mean just by looking at the number of defamatory and baseless comments they have on SMRT and SBST.

But Service 3 does need DDs during peaks. And one of the comments that it is empty at noon isn't really true. From Tampines to Punggol, the loading is not bad, especially from Tampines to Pasir Ris.

One of the roads in Bedok North (forgot which one, I think should be Bedok North Road) will be closed to vehicular traffic from Friday 4 April 2008 2330 hrs to Sunday 6 April 2008 2330 hrs. The notice has been put up at junction of Bedok North Ave 3 and Bedok North Road.
