Taken at the bus stop outside Allson Hotel, ie 195/195B would travel straight along Hill St, Victoria St before turning left into Middle Rd and Into North Bridge Rd.
Short Trips of Service 195 for F1 Grand Prix 2008
Restricted Acess into Woodlands CIQ via Woodlands Centre Road (Slip road).
Note that cars could still acess the slip road if they are travelling to Woodlands Road.
From 15th Sept, no acess is granted into the checkpoint from the sliproad at Woodlands Centre Road which connects with the junction at Woodlands Checkpoint Viaduct. Only Sv 160, 170 and 950 are allowed to acess via it.
Cars and bikes could only acess via BKE. Lorries would access from old Woodlands Road.
This rule is created due to many complaints by passengers, buisnesses and institutions in the affected CIQ area of noise, inconvinience, etc. SMRT recieved complaints by passengers of long waiting time and inconviniencee caused by the diversions.
Buisnesses like Sheng Siong, Andalus, Elias Kindergarten and a few others complained due to drop of customers and inconvinience for customers.
Rule operating hours:
Mon - Fri: 4 - 10 pm
Sat and Sun: 10 am - 10 pm

160 and CW1 have to use the road whenever Woodlands Rd is jammed.
Along the beach Rd bus stop (Raffles Hotel), there is a poster about the Short Trips 56A.

Most likely for F1 Diversion
There is only one 56A trip every night, 2330 from Bishan to Beach Rd (Raffles Hotel).

Cos 56 will loop after the Raffles Hotel bus stop. So 56A (last bus) will terminate there.
Service 195 will start/end trip from Commonwealth Drive (Block:92) bus stop.
Night spotting for Bridging + 56A + 195B will get interesting.
