  If 115 is departing soon, it's a good choice to use it to catch bus 87.

  U can take 25, 854 to Hougang Ave 2 after passing by the junction between Hougang Ave 2 and Upper Serangoon Rd. Cross the road and take 112, 113.

  Take bus 31. Alight 1 stop (along Boon Keng Rd) after the stop at Kallang MRT. It will pass through Kallang River before you reach the stop so you can press the bell then.
  
  Return just use the bus stop opposite.

  Hi,
  
  Is there a direct bus going from Compassvale to Stagmont Camp (Chua Chu Kang)?
  
  I'm serving my NS and need to travel daily to Stagmont Camp from my house in Compassvale. Though it's lucky to be a stay-out personnel, but travelling all the way from home to camp is quite tedious for me...
  
  Currently, I would take Bus 161...drop at Woodland Interchange...take the train to CCK and take the chartered bus into camp...total journey took me 1-1.5hrs...
  
  Is there an faster or alternative way to get to my camp? Please advice...

  No don't have. What you can do is take 156 to Whitley Rd which takes about 40 mins and cross road to take 190 to Stagmont Camp (alight at the CC) which takes another 20 mins or so. First 190 from Whitley Rd towards CCK is at 0628h.
  
  This is my preferred route to work (Bishan to Tengah Airbase)

  23 to Bendemeer road, cross to Serangoon Rd take 985
  Cost: $2.43 including transfer rebate
  
  All train route:
  EWL to Jurong East change NSL, alight at Bt Gombak, walk to BBDC or transfer BBDC shuttle
  Cost: $1.75
  
  Take the train, faster and cheaper.

  #1. 54/851 -> Thomson Rd change svc 21
  #2. 74/54/851/852 -> AMK change 88
  #3. 54 -> Bishan MRT change 58
  #4. 54 -> Bishan Int change 53 and walk
  
  Any other ways? Or any that is faster?

  I have another in mind, what about the 168 to Woodlands Int, then transfer to NS Line to Bukit Gombak? Will it be cheaper & faster then All train route?

  Alternatively, 168 to Woodlands. Take 187 from there to Bukit Batok Driving Centre.
  
  Cost: 1.55 + 1.18 - 0.25 = 2.43
  
  Your quoted option will cost: 1.55 + 1.28 - 0.25 = 2.53

  I guess the lowest cost of this journey: 0.68 + 1.45 - 0.25 = 1.88
  by taking 54, 74, 851, or 852 to Ang Mo Kio Ave 6 Blk 207 and transfer to 88.
  
  Fastest: 851, 852 to Yishun Ave 2 opposite Yishun Sports Complex, cross the road and transfer to 39. Alight at the bus stop before Pasir Ris Central. Walk to Pasir Ris int.
  Cost of journey: 1.07 + 1.38 - 0.25 = 2.20

  What buses are there to MHA HQ at New Pheonix Park, 28 Irrawaddy Road?
  
  I understand there're no direct buses to MHA, but i need to know which services stop somewhere near the building? It's behind Balestier Hill Secondary/Primary.

  21, 131, 130, 139 (only for 1 direction), 186.
  
  All I can think offhand. Depending on where you come from, you stop somewhere after the Petrol station (if it's still there) and cross the road and walk up or the 2nd stop after the now undering renovation wet market and walk up.

  You can enter via Thomson Rd (opp Thomson Medical Centre/Balestier Hill Shopping Ctr). 5, 21, 54, 56, 57, 131, 143, 162, 166, 167, 851, 980.

  That's quite far from Irrawaddy Road...If you wanna enter via Thomson Road, suggest Novena MRT Station.

  If not walk main road from Novena Church the new road lor.
  
  Or if coming by MRT, just walk towards Square 2, then turn left at TTSH and up the hill.

  Bus 88 is your best bet. Direct service, comes very fast also.
