If I'm not wrong, LTA is going to open up Guillemard Camp Rd which is previously inside the Guillemard Camp & you can see a road ends at the gate facing Dunman Rd...

Temporary Lane Closure At Toa Payoh North Flyover
To facilitate bridge upgrading works, the northbound lane of the Toa Payoh North Flyover, from Lorong 6 Toa Payoh to Toa Payoh North Flyover, will be temporarily closed to traffic from 22 February 2006 to 7 April 2006, from 12.01am to 5.00am.
Motorists are advised to use the slip road to enter Braddell Road, make a U-turn at Braddell Road near the Bishan Flyover, and use Braddell Road to enter the Central Expressway(CTE).
Motorists are advised to drive carefully and follow the directional signs on display.
A map is enclosed for your reference. -

Realignment Of Jalan Buroh, Pioneer Road And Tanjong Kling Road
To facilitate roadwork for the realignment of Jalan Buroh, Pioneer Road and Tanjong Kling Road , the Land Transport Authority (LTA) will be diverting the traffic between Jalan Buroh and Pioneer Road on Saturday, 4 March 2006 at 6.00am.
Motorists travelling from Jalan Buroh, towards Pioneer Road and Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) and vice versa, will be diverted to the stretch of realigned Jalan Buroh and Pioneer Road . Motorists travelling between Jalan Buroh and Shipyard Road may use the existing Jalan Buroh or Tanjong Kling Road , and the new cross junction of Jalan Buroh/Pioneer Road/Tanjong Kling Road .
This road upgrading work is part of the road development programme to upgrade the main arterial roads in the south-western sector of Singapore .
Motorists are advised to drive carefully and follow the directional signs on display. -

i only remember seeing the side plates wrote 214E
then, TIBS used NAC Merc O405 on 820/821
then SBS used 820/821 and 378/379 on 2 NAC Scanias -
