Anyway, all roads within NUS will be closed between 0700 and 1100 hours.
Sv95 and 96 will begin services at 0600h. Sv95 will become a loop service between Buona Vista and NUH during the closure (duplicating the existing NUH Linkbus from BNV MRT :p) Sv96 and Sv151 will not go into Kent Ridge Cres but proceed straight along Clementi Rd to Kent Ridge Ter. Sv96 will loop at Kent Ridge Ter. All ISBs will not operate until roads are re-opened. Special bus services will be deployed from NUS Kent Ridge Campus and Bt Timah Campus. -

130A (dunno if still in service) was to assist 130, 410 and withdrawn 605 in getting the passengers into/out of (forgot which one also) Sin Ming. Happens that Bright Hill Temple provides free vegetarian food on every 27th of the lunar month and it's a draw with many devotees.

Handal Indah to spend RM5mil on new buses to expand services

THE owner-operator of Causeway Link bus service, Handal Indah Sdn Bhd, will invest some RM5mil on 10 new buses next year for its Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh, Butterworth and Haadyai routes.
Managing director Lim Han Weng said the company would acquire two new buses each month beginning January, increasing the number of buses serving long haul routes to 13 by the end of next year from the present three.
“The company will start plying the Ipoh and Butterworth routes in April, followed by that to Haadyai in May,'' Lim told StarBiz in a telephone interview from Singapore yesterday.
Lim said the company was targeting travellers from Singapore who wanted to go to Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh, Butterworth and Haadyai by bus.
He said the company was in a better position to capture these travellers as the Causeway Link buses also ply the Johor Baru-Singapore route.
The company has 45 buses for its services ending at the Queen Street and Kranji bus stations in Singapore, ferrying about 15,000 commuters daily.
The company started the Causeway Link Express from Johor Baru to Kuala Lumpur last week, with three trips daily.
Lim said although there were 50 bus companies plying the Johor Baru-Kuala Lumpur route with 100 trips daily, the route was still lucrative.
He said apart from Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh, Butterworth and Haadyai, the company also had permits to serve the Johor Baru-Malacca route.
According to Lim, the company would apply for permits to serve Kota Baru and Kuala Terengganu, and hopefully begin services before end of next year.
“The routes are lucrative, considering that there are a large number of Kelantanese and Terengganu people who are working in Johor Baru and Singapore,'' Lim added.

Starting 2 October 2005, our Parish will be providing a one-way Bus Service for Parishioners to attend the 9.15am & 11am Masses. There will be a flat charge of $1.00 for the service. There will be 2 pick up routes for each Mass. The pickup points will be the public bus stops & designated stops.

Aiyah,SBS can't be printing timetables & schedules on brochures for all its services leh.Not very cost effective leh.Use ur brain and think lah!Anyway,LTA never set any rule tat transport companies muz print/provide these schedules or wat unless the waiting time 4 a svc is between 15 to 20 mins.U all!Tsk Tsk!Give an inch,and you all want a mile!

arrival times for most services are affected by traffic conditions, and hence a fixed timetable will notbe useful. we shall wait for the launch of electronic arrival time system at bus stops. lols.
