another bus stop change on 2nd jul (sun) is the closure of bus stop outside change alley/clifford centre. svcs 10, 16M, 70, 75, 89M, 174M, 196, 608, NR svcs will call at bus stop outside Fullerton Sq instead. 608 will now also call at bus stop along Robinson Rd, opposite AIA Towers.
16M and 89M only operate 3 times a year.

Heck, that means a longer route for Scotts Rd services. The affected stretch of Somerset Rd should have been reserved exclusively for public buses. IMO, the NUH station should be called "Ayer Rajah" since it is so near AYE. "Kent Ridge" and "University" are too far away. In fact, these 2 names are closer to the locality of Clementi. Pasir Panjang station should be called "Bukit Chandu" in honour of Lt Adnan b Saidi and the sacrifice of the Malay Regiment.
Hmm, did the map show a West Coast station? The feedback form didn't show any such working name. -

If the Nicoll Highway Collapse had not occurred, I'd have favoured the name Golden Mile, due to its proximity to the portion of Beach Rd where express buses congregate. As for Lorong Chuan, the only other name I can think of is Braddell Heights.
