A can of beer can help.
I was working a few 20 hrs non-stop and late night recently till the next morning...
When the next night off..can't sleep. Body turned to night mode
Then my fds tell me drink one can of beer can help.
I did so and it really works. Sound sleep till next day.
I wonder if I may be addicted...
Anyone tried such a method to sleep and got addicted to beer? -
1 can of beer will not get you addicted!
beer contains alcohol and alcohol is a "downer".. that is, it relaxes you and dulls your senses...
therefore you'd probably fall asleep

i perfer those..vakoo which comes with some flavour 1..
me no good drinker ma..+ dont really like lah
that time..try burburn coke i take... half cup..then nth happen..after sometimes my head abit dizzy..then abit hot.. -
