Help! my waist line is expanding bcoz...

I think I sit in front of computer for too long.
At work I sit in front of computer most of the time, come home aft meal I str away sit in front of my PC to visit here bcoz I scare I miss any on-going fun threads....office got no internet access...so could hang around here for 3 to 6 hrs daily in the evening till morning...
Now I have a belly which I can't get rid of!!
I exercise but can only control for a while....once I stop exercise....Tur-Ba-Boommmm....waist line exploded...
when first got Internet at home last year...31" waist... now 33"..and going !! Arggggg...
Help anyone?
