I am going to be harsh in here. You can delete it if you dun like what I said.
You are using this opportunity of going away to make him realise that he can't do without you.
Hopefully, it will turn out to be the way you wanted, or, you are going to lose this relationship.
Problems won't be solved by going away, neither nor to leave it as it is. You will eventually, have to talk it through and settled evey problem you have. If you think by going away, problems will be solved, then, I dissuade you from having that kind of thoughts. If you can't even solve your problems when face to face, its even harder to solve it when you are away. More miscommunications will take place. You dun expect and hope that he will fly over to Philipines to give you surprises. However, you WISH that it will happen, just like in any romance novels/dramas you came upon when the lead actor went overseas to find his love, both the lead actor and actress are going to live happily everafter. Wake up! We are all living in a realistic world. You know that the chances of that happening, is very slight! Dun give yourself any illusions, coz you will be even more heartbroken when that doesn't happen or turn out the way that you wanted! You commented that your bf didn't want you to go in the first place. But, the next day, he decided to let you do as you deem fit. I dun see anything wrong with it. Firstly, I presume that he must have love you, thats why, he doesn't want you to go. Then, upon careful considerations, he decided that you do as you deem fit. It doesn't mean that he doesn't love you at all. I take it that, because he loves you, he decided to let you do what you want! If you are happy, he will be happy too! Thats what love is all about!
However, going away in a short period of time is fine as it helps to clear your mind and decide on how your next step will be.

For example, the guy may want his gf to stay here with him, but he knows that it is a good opportunity for the gf is she is to go overseas... however, he can't go over coz he can't find something to do over there... so he will flip from one stand to another constantly...

As 4 askin mi 2 go if i wan. E conversation is between mi n him. So i noe v well whether he's decidin 2 lert mi go 4 my own gd or juz said it out of impulse.
