Probably why the opening matches turned out like that was due to the fear of losing. The teams didn't look like they were pushing for goals. They are more like protecting their own instead.
Greece relied on counter attacks after they led. Could see a few signs of more defensive play.
England brought back their full backs after they led and the midfield possession went to France for most of the time.
Swedes were obviously pushing for as many goals as they can which ended up being 5 goals. Once again, i didn't watch it. I can only guess.
Hope it gets better because going out for goals makes it so much more entertaining. Goalless draws makes me sleep while watching.
