First get a chinese herbal tea that "cools" down your body. buy the Hor Yan Hor and drink 1 cup. then in the evening drink 1 more cup.
Also buy the tiger balm oil.
before you go to sleep, rub a little of the oil under your nose, and on your eyelids.
Tomorrow you'll find it hard to open your eyes, but the swollen is gone. and a lot of wax is sticking your eyes together. You might take a while to wash your eyewax. -

Anyway im gettin better liao... My double eyelids comin bk liao... But actuali i tink is e food i ate last nite... Coz e fish is not fully thawed den cook liao... Not healthy liddat... Den it tastes abit weird weird loh. But i stil finished it lah...

Den tat Hor Yan Hor i stil dunno wat izit lah... But all bitter herbal tea dun taste nice loh...
