the moment there is no wind blowing across me or no aircon... i will start to perspire... imagine need to work in the hot sun somemore... drink how much water also all perspired out... i think i drink more than 3L of water a day liao...

Hmmm~ My hm got air con but im used 2 slpin wif fan le... Slpin in too much air con makes my skin n throat feel dry...
Nowadays slp more wif my fan on 2 a higher speed loh... At nite not so bad lah, but when reach mornin start 2 get hot n stuffy again... Somemore slpin on a cotton bedsheet... -
