Will you boycott NKF Donation Shows on Sunday?

Acting Minister of Health spoke about NKF being more transparent and forwarding in replies to queries about the accumulation of funds by NKF...and urged pple to support their charity drive as NKF has many people under its health care.
On the other hand, $189 million in NKF reserves... and still requesting for more money to go to them?
Your call?
Will u donate on the 2 Sundays 11/4 and 18/4??? Or will u boycott?

can't be bothered...
they waste most of the money donated to them anyway, sponsoring tv serials, building lavish offices, sending their CEO to needless "seminars" first class...
money can be used better to help others better elsewhere... -

Just to be clear...
Most of us are appreciative of the work done by NKF to support our kidney problem patients...
The question in contention is how the fund has been used for non-patient care ... such as First Class airline seats ...etc.

According to some info from my frenz, where NKF is their "client",
They have very high wastage on unneccesary things

most of the time is my parents they all call but if i remember..they also dun bother liao
i feel that i more willing to donate to Ren Ci 1..

spend so much money giving away the prizes..might as well use the prizes give the patients better -

Mi cant boycott lah... Mi donates mthly 2 NKF... Somemore they stil send mi a donation booklet 2 mi recently... -
But last nite e show reali power leh... Over 1 million calls...
They raised abt 6.7 million... N onli part one of e show... Next wk stil got local celebs... -

donating to them monthly from my pay too. so wont donate somemore to them jus for the sake of the shows.

maybe this wastage of money should be feedback to NKF...hope some media will see our thread. They need to understand to help the kidney patients is a mission and since their concern is about money..then why waste them on things not needed.
