CC closed on Public Holidays???

  So much about Community Club as a place for the people...
  
  During weekdays and day time, the CC is opened, but not many events are held till at nite, cos the pple are free only at nite to attend the activities.
  
  When the people are finally free on public holidays... the CC closes.

  The same for post offices and banks... open up counters to serve the pple. But pple are not free during the day (got to work). When pple free, the banks and post offices are closed for the day...and same for public holidays.
  
  So much for "Customer Service"???
