I need some help here...
Recently saw a purple mini skirt quite nice n bought it... But now dunno wat top 2 match wif leh... My skirt is purple (not dark nor light) wif little white polka dots... Itz pleated loh.
Wanna noe wat colour best suits dis skirt, n wat kind of top --sleeveless, spag strap, halter neck, tube, tee or shirt... Haiz, tink til my head big big liao... -
white top?
plain white spag strap (like the one from mango) would be fine......simple yet sweet....... -

flipflops from m)phosis or heatwave....perhaps can try those with sequins.....for the retro look -

A plain simple top, best no designs or frills since you've got ruffles at the bottom. White , or lavender could work. A very pale pink? Any of the styles you mentioned is fine - tank tops, spaghettis, halters... except for the tube, which would show abit too much flesh (unless it's your intention kekeke). Don't know what kind of shirt you have in mind though.
Shoes... ballet flats. Kitten sandles. White or black. Nude colors could work too. -

Shan_cai carefullly with mini-skirt... outside got many colored-wolves that goes around wif cameras / camera-phone...
so when u wanna sit..be careful...bring along a jacket if u can to help cover up a bit when sitting down

Btw tink i wont consider boots... Not my cup of tea... I stil prefer flats (maryjanes)... Looks swt n jap too~ -
hmmm...ain't it easier if u just post a pic of ur skirt.... use digital camera or if dun have dump it inside e scanner (dumb idea)lor...than ur helpers no need to visualise liao wat...
