Who lives in Sengkang?

  Becoz im livin there... Near Rivervale Mall. Notice tat many shops over there had closed down... Esp Best Denki, aft it closed down, a "lelong lelong" kinda shop took over. Itz smthin like "C.K. Departmental"... Now there nothin 2 shop liao... Gettin worse n worse. Even e fdcourt oso many stalls moves out le... Y huh?
  
  Now when i go 2 Rivervale Mall, means i onli go NTUC...
  
  So anybody here stays there n noticed e same thing?
