Drive TT Sporters and yet...

I saw a male Chinese driving an AUDI TT Sportster just now He was exiting CTE along Upp Seranggon Road. It is a dark blue colour convertable and his car was driving in a slightly zigzag manner. I stopped next to him as the traffic was slowing down.
I saw him holding a few 4-D tickets on his left hand and PDA type handphone on his right hand. He is trying to match his 4-D results while driving!!!
He was using the back of his hand to control the steering wheel.
What kinda fark tup driver is this??? -
