Got $$$ but cannot spend!!

Put yourself in this situation.
Your got some $$$ recently ( a few K) which you saved up. You want to buy something you beo for along time liao.
But your family members/spouse object, say that thing you want is a 'want', not a 'need'. Tell you got extra $$$, save for rainy day.
You really want the thing very badly.
But you know its a 'want', not a 'need.
Then again you got $$$ now, and the thing is available. It may no longer be readily available in two years time.
really struggling to buy or not. How to decide? -
money is meant to be spent.
since you want it for so long, then it's a need liao lor -
Buy.
When it's gone, it's too late for regrets and you may never find it back again. I'm such a shining example.
Money can always be earned back again.
Provided your 'want' didn't cost you a limb. -

for me ar.. anything more than $100 i have to consider quite long..
but if it's something i really really like.. i will get if it's $300 max.
Always have a budget..
know why you like it and want it..
hard earned money leh..
but im now saving up for tw trip.. that will be ard $1.5K ba.. i hope..
that will be all my savings.. and will be depleted on the trip.. -
