Why got this type of brainless guy?

  One idiot uses urinal.
  Then wash his hands, grab a paper towel from the dispenser.
  Wipe his hand..and throws into the urinal!!
  
  Farking no brain guy!! Urinal cannot flush down paper!! Got a huge waste paper bin next to the sink, but the marder farker throws it into the urinal.
  
  A while later, urinal chokes and floods. Then some ppl urgent come in pee, halfway look down and realise water overflowing...nin nah beh....
  
  The toilet serves the offices on that level. Cannot narow down culprit.
  
  Dun understands why got such idiot...
