Would you do this in your job?

You know there will be a very busy period on the coming holidays (long weekend). You know your colleagues and you will be very busy and everyman counts.
You enjoy working with them, but you HATE to work like a cow in that manner and will be very exhausting during the said peak period. YOu know this as you have gone thru the same S H I T for Good Friday and Labour Day which has just passed.
You then realised that no one is taking leave during this peak period. YOu have not used any leave yet. Taking 2 days (Thursday and Monday) can give you a super long weekend.
You are tempted to take leave to skip this peak period. But your colleagues will be more stressed as without you, as its one man down.
Would you take the leave? -
