Aft lunch sit down got to seat and face computer. Brain work is really consuming and I get hungry again.
Any one can advise on how to stop the waist line from expanding?

if u eat less, ur metabolism will go down..so when u start to eat like normal, u will gain back cos ur lowered metabolism wld not b able to handle ur 'increased' intake of food...Originally posted by Troy437:tried to eat less...see if it works till next week
