I can't believe he is that fast!!

  I just saw another documentary on him.
  
  In the 1970s, there is no special camera effects...and he is already that fast in his demonstration!! The hands and legs...so many times faster then a normal person...
  
  How can a person be so quick in his movement? He is really my idol !
