PRC garung guni man tried to con me!

Just now a garung guni man came and wanted old newspaper. Can tell he is China National.
He offered 10 cents per kg.
I saw my neighbour sold him some...and I saw him pulled a trick.
He weight the newsaper and announced the weight of the newspaper in bundles loudly "7 kg! 8 kg! "and paid my neighbour.
I knew the newspaper cannot be as light as he said. I carry weights and I know how much newspaper formed about 10 kg.
When he came over, he weight the first bundle and said 10kg. I stopped him, took over his portable weighing scale and weight. It reads 15 kg.
He was stunned that I checked. Then he said that I have about 60kg quickly offered to buy all at $6.
I used his weight scale and measures all the bundles...Its 78kg.
I told him I GIVE HIM A BARGAIN. $7 for the 78kg. He said OK. paid me and quickly left.
Garung guni man shd show u the weighting scales. Dun be conned by these PRC frauds. Dun think its a few dollars... -
