Take a break now or it will be too late!!

  I went for my annual free health screening arrange by my company.
  The screener noted that my blood pressure is at the 'Prehypertension' range.
  
  From the interview, he said that I am under stress which explains the mildly high bloor pressure, as I exercise 3 times weeks.
  I said no problem..I go on leave later and it blood pressue will go back to normal.
  
  The screener said NO.
  
  He explains that I have such results for the past two to three years.
  If my blood pressure remains at the 'Prehypertension' range for too long, it is irreversable!! No amount of rest or relaxation will help later.
  
  That means I have brought myself one step closer to high blood pressure or heart disease once I grow older, no matter how well I eat or exercise!!
  
  So to you all, always make time to rest and relax. No point u earn all the money U can, but the money ends up being spent on your hospital fees, if not worse, your funeral.

  Correct .. So dudex i advice u to take a break now.. no point having lot of assest or wealth and in the end.. u dun have time to enjoy it in the future..

  I believe thats very true!
  You earn all the bucks....but in the end it is used for your funeral after u collaspe due to work
