Samsung Service centre play tactics...

I just got my 3 yrs old Samsung flat screen TV back from repair.
Changed the centre coil as it burnt out. The service charge is $63/-, even if you dun want to repair after send to them. Cost more than the parts.
When I collected it, it looks fine on a brief check. Got 1 month warranty.
After I got my TV back on Sat, I turned it on. After watching for 5 mins, I realised that the image is slightly tilted. The right side image is a little higher. Looks funny as the running words of the CNA news at the bottom of the screen was like flowing down from right to left. There is no tilt angle adjustment for TV nowadays.
I can't call them as Saturday the service centre half day.
Today I called and told them they have not aligned the screen proeprly. They say they will sent a technician to my place but I have to pay $15/-.
I ask them why when I got 1 month warranty and I called the next working day. Know what they told me?
They say because I sent my TV down myself earlier so the $63/- as there is no transport charge. So the warranty only cover if I sent down the TV myself again.
If I had called for their technician to pick up my TV for repair in the first place and paid extra $15/-then, they will not charge me at all now.
What nonsense!! I felt that this is unreasonable. Thats means I sent down myself I am less priviledged??
Can someone teach me how to rebutt them? -

Toshiba is good. I got two 29" Toshiba TVs at home and they work fine. I got a small 15" Samsung in my computer room but very rarely used. Only the 21" TV, which my wife watches everyday and everynight and run VCD series, can't stand her and blew.Originally posted by ditzy:Get a Panasonic tv set.
Lesson learnt: Always off your TV main power supply when not in use. Most ppl just put to Standby. Constant Standby mode will burn your TV in 2 to 3 years time. -
I am waiting for the technician to come...chee bye the centre say he will come betwen 10am to 2 pm. knn...4 hours range.
Now I farking bored. Its funny to take half day and stay at home to wait, then later go to work. Fark tup lah. -

He says 1:15 pm then he can come.
Then why they tell me 10 to 2 when they shd told me 1 to 2?
