a cash card in the water dispensing machine slot at the washing bay?
There is no one around as I washed my car. Wash finish liao and I waited for a while but bo lang lai. Check the card still got value.
I wanted to put up a note but I am afraid of trouble and frauds.
But I went to ask at a Police station and pretend to ask "what if...". They say if no one claims they will destroy it off when times up. No recycle or reuse one.
I thought of just keeping it and use but scare kenna traced when I top up the cash card or past a gantry. I know ppl never take note of their card's serial no but Bu Pa Yi Wan Zi Pa Wan Yi...
How? I did not steal it. Someone forgetful left it there. -
