Not sure if its a long waited one but its here. Time for some noise pollution for those who doesn't appreciate the 7th Month 'ger tai' but my baby sure does.
I remember when I was younger, my parents would not allow late nights out or even swimming during this period for obvious reasons.
Not sure if anyone's parent still iimpose that but its definitely a significant ocassion among the chinese community. Anyone care to share their knowledge of this particular festival? -

Yeah but nowadays I think they do sing some of the latest hits lor. Some even got chinese techno.As for hokkien songs, some are actually not bad lor. By the way, there's 2 temple just next to our block. Not sure if there's such thing as not being able to have ge tai near them though.

Not mocking at you but when u grow older and look back, you will realised that you have learnt and gain experience from your past reln. Its just another learning process really.
